Oddar Meanchey Province is a border province with a Cambodia-Thailand border problem. KIIC Institute offers special tuition fees to institutions in Oddar Meanchey Province. In this difficult situation, the Institute joins the Cambodian government, in line with the words of the King, "Those who know how to stand tall, those who fall down with all their heart" to participate in implementing the Pentagon Strategy, Phase 1, Human Resources Training (Digital Humans). Problems are also opportunities, pain makes us stronger and more resilient. Only the strong can win, those who know how to stand tall. My dear students, some students are overwhelmed by problems, procrastinating, making many excuses, being lazy, not trying to learn, seeking knowledge and skills to help themselves and society. There is no one without an angel from heaven coming down to help. The Dharma does not listen to the law, does not read, Knowing where it will come from, You do not seek your own destiny, Do not hope that any angel will sympathize with you.
