KHEMARAK INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CAMBODIA (KIIC) was established and founded by Mr. THOUNG SOPHANARITH in 2021. KIIC is recognised by two government bodies: the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) via Sub-degree No. 86 អនក្រ. បក, issued on 27 October 2023; and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) via Prakas No. 279 កប.គ. ស, issued on 28 February 2023. KIIC has its main campus in Oddar Meanchey province and has substantially expanded its campuses to six provinces across Cambodia. By 2025, KIIC will have set up a presence in two provinces: Banteay Meanchey and Palin. A year later, KIIC has expanded its reach to encompass four more provinces: Battambang, Siem Reap, Kompot and Pursat. Following KIIC's five-year master plan, our objective is to establish a presence in Phnom Penh and the eastern and north-eastern regions of Cambodia.
